Mission : The mission of the Public Works/Engineering
Department is to enhance the City of Blackfoot's quality of life through the
construction and operation of a safe, effective environment; and to provide
our community, businesses and visitors, efficient and quality services
necessary to support the infrastructural needs of our growing and diverse
City.
The Public Works Division is funded by both the General
and Enterprise Funds and takes responsibility for the following areas of
service:
Public works administration
Waste Water Treatment Plant
Water Department
Street & Sanitation Department
