Create an Account - Increase your productivity, customize your experience, and engage in information you care about.
Your city bill includes Water (WA), Sewer (SW) and Garbage (GB) Bills are sent the first business day of the month and reflect the previous month charges. You can drop a payment in our drop box, pay at City Hall, by phone, or online through Xpress Bill Pay.
A late fee of $5 will be charged on accounts that still have a balance by the 25th of the month.
To set up a new Utility Account, please print and fill out the following forms and bring to City Hall along with your Driver's License or Photo ID, a copy of a Rental Lease (if renting), or a copy of your Warranty Deed (if buying), and a $150 deposit.
