Permit Parking in Courthouse Square Lot

Street Sign Indicating that Permit Parking is Allowed

The City of Blackfoot Councilmembers passed an Ordinance - adding Section 19 to Chapter 4, Title 7 - allowing permit parking of semi-tractors and trailers on the lot adjacent to Courthouse Square Park.  Permits, which are complimentary, may be obtained by registering on-line, or in person at City Hall (157 N Broadway, Blackfoot).  The 'hang-tags' must be displayed on the semi-tractor/trailer while it is parked on the lot, are valid for one year and must be renewed annually.
