City of Blackfoot Mayor, Marc Carroll, signed two Proclamations into effect on October 15, 2020. One, proclaiming this month National Long Term Care Resident's Rights Month, affirms the City's commitment to resident rights, consistent with the Nursing Home Reform Act of 1987. The second proclamation declares this week National Nuclear Science Week and demonstrates our support of the Idaho National Laboratories (INL), whose presence is so integral to our community.
